LIDL’S aisles are like a sweet treasure trove.

And now, foodies are drooling over a brand new £1.99 tub of sweet spread on shelves.
That is the new Italiamo Hazelnut Creme Spread.
It arrived during the budget supermarket’s Italian Week, where it is showcasing the best of the country’s products under the Italiamo brand.
In a matter of days, the spread has become a highly-coveted item and a major hit with foodies.
And that’s all thanks to its likeness to the humble Kinder Bueno.
The creamy spread is said to mimic the exact hazelnutty taste and smooth texture of the inside of a Bueno bar.
Social media personality Snacks To Try took to Instagram to rave about it.
“Obviously this caught my eye when I picked up the pistachio one, so I had to grab this one too,” they said.
“I had the idea to use Lidl chocolate wafers to dip in this creamy delight and it did not disappoint.
“This tastes EXACTLY like a Kinder Bueno and there’s something very satisfying about dunking and dipping with a wafer.
“You have to give this a try, it tastes unreal.”
Chef and culinary tutor Anthony O’Shaughnessy has also shared his love for the spread on social media.
He said: “Lidl is hosting their Italian week and they’re stocking this: hazelnut milk spread.
“It’s divine, like the inside of a Kinder Bueno.
