A CHEF has shared how he makes the perfect scrambled eggs.
So if you’re a fan of eggs and want to leave your family impressed with a chef-style cooked breakfast this weekend, then you’ll need to listen up.

Posting on social media, a chef from Fallow Restaurant, a restaurant in London serving innovative food with carefully sourced ingredients, shared his step-by-step recipe for the most delicious scrambled eggs.
He also revealed the secret ingredient that he adds to make them super creamy, which you can nab for just 89p from Asda, Sainsbury’s or Tesco.
In the online clip, the chef said: “This is how you make scrambled eggs, like a chef.
“Three eggs minimum, or if like me, you’re greedy, we’re gonna go for five.”
The chef then added some salt and pepper to the eggs, followed by a knob of butter into a hot pan.
After this, he explained: “We’re gonna make a lovely roasted brown butter, it’s gonna have a nice nuttiness.”
Following this, the food pro added the eggs to the pain, as he confirmed: “Once the butter is nice and brown, off the heat, add your eggs.”
To make the perfect scrambled eggs, the chef placed the pan on and off the heat, and before the eggs were fully cooked, he took the pan off of the heat to add his secret ingredient – creme fraiche.
Once cooked to his desired consistency, the chef served his creamy scrambled eggs on a piece of toast.
The food lover even finished it off with some cracked pepper and sriracha sauce.
Beaming at his creation, he concluded: “That’s how you make scrambled eggs like a chef.”
The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @fallow_restaurant, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly gone viral and has since amassed a staggering seven million views.
Total divide
But social media users were left totally divided by the chef’s scrambled egg method – while some thought his eggs looked ‘perfect’, others described them as ‘too runny’.

However, at the same time, another food fan posted: “Too runny.”
A second chimed in: “That’s slop.”
One user even went as far to say: “I’d send that back 100%.”
Meanwhile, another foodie questioned: “Where’s the milk and cheese? Chefs really have no clue of proper scrambled eggs.”
