Kat claimed that she thinks the Aldi ketchup is strikingly similar to Heinz[/caption]
She then explained: “Craze cereal – is this the same or better than Crave? I think so, it’s very similar.
“Again with these [Top Twists]. These are new, these taste really good, they are the same as Pop Tarts.
“The same goes for this hot chocolate – it is not exactly the same as Cadbury of course, but it is pretty good for that price.”
When it comes to sweet treats, Kathryn revealed the Aldi dupes that are worth trying.
She claimed: “The same goes for these Jaffa cakes – they are a pretty good match for a low price.
“These Jive cookies are just like the Twix ones and so are these Titan ones. These are so similar to the Mars ones. Definitely worth the swap for the price.
“These Jammy Wheels, now honestly, I’m not a Jammie Dodger fan, but I have been told that these are exactly the same as Jammie Dodgers.”
Kathryn then revealed that if you’re a fan of Heinz, you might want to try Aldi’s own version of ketchup, as she continued: “Ketchup – now this is a little bit controversial. I think it tastes very similar.”
Not only this, but Kathryn also raved about the Aldi brown sauce, as well as the Spiral bars.
She concluded: “The same with the brown sauce. What do you think? Are you a Heinz lover?
“And these Spirals are the same as Kinder Bueno.”
Many agreed with Kathryn’s claims on the Aldi dupes and social media users were eager to share their thoughts in the comments.
One person said: “The Jaffa Cakes are elite and also I quite like the Jive bars.”
Another added: “Craze and the hot chocolate are [100 emoji]. As a Kinder/Ferrero lover, spirals do taste different but still a good treat.”
At the same time, a third commented: “Aldi mayo is great.”
Meanwhile, someone else claimed: “They’ve recently changed the recipe for the ketchup and it’s awful!”
