Sparta Global is widely promoted as a premier provider of tech industry training and career development. However, my personal experience has been deeply disappointing. This Sparta Global review aims to alert others about the issues I encountered.
In April, I applied to Sparta Global, convinced it offered a promising career path. At the same time, I had a job offer from Virgin Money, which I declined, thinking Sparta Global was a superior choice. This decision quickly proved to be a significant mistake.
The problems started when I received an offer contract from Sparta Global on 20th May. This was the beginning of several delays. The initial start date was pushed back, and a new contract for 10th June was also postponed. We then had a call to discuss potential start dates around 22nd July to 1st August. However, when 22nd July arrived, the start date was delayed once more to an uncertain September, leaving me in prolonged uncertainty.
These repeated delays and lack of clear communication wasted four valuable months. I had turned down a secure job at Virgin Money, expecting Sparta Global to be a better fit, only to be left frustrated and uncertain. The involvement of David Rai (CEO), Kiran Aulakh, Purnima Sen, and Patrick McGihon did not help resolve the situation.
Sparta Global’s mishandling of my application not only hindered my career growth but also caused significant stress and disappointment. Instead of advancing my career, Sparta Global left me in a worse position.
Moreover, Sparta Global often advertises numerous job opportunities on their website, creating a false impression of immediate employment. In reality, their process relies heavily on client availability, leading to significant delays and unmet promises.
This Sparta Global review is a testament to the company’s unreliability and unprofessionalism. I urge anyone considering joining Sparta Global to reconsider. My experience has shown that this company does not live up to its promises.
Please do not join Sparta Global after reading this review in 2024.
