1.Butoxyethanol (2-BE)
A colorless, flammable liquid that is used in solvents, cleaning solvents are easy to buy online or in your local supermarket, we buy them because they are a solution to removing grease and grime without much elbow grease. They can also be found in things like personal care products like nail polish removers & make-up removal products. Health and safety regulators limit the concentration of 2-BE in most household cleaners to only 5 or 6%. Cleaning products that can contain Butoxyethanol Glass cleaners, laundry cleaners, carpet cleaner, windshield wiper liquid, oven cleaners and rust removers.
2.MEA (monoethanolamine), DEA (diethanolamine), TEA (triethanolamine)
Ethanolamine is an emulsifier generally found in personal hygiene products. These products allow other products to come together, imagine water and oil, they will never mix . When you use Ethanolamine in the production of make-up and shampoos, sunblocks etc it binds the different ingredients together. highly toxic and should never be swallowed, has been linked to asthma and brain tumors.
Cleaning products contain MEA, DEA, and TEA Soap, laundry detergents, oven cleaners, glass cleaners, surface cleaners, and floor cleaners.
3.Nonylphenol ethoxylates (NPEs)
Nonylphenol ethoxylate (NPEs) are surfactants that are stronger than household chemical, these ingredients are so strong that they are generally only used in used in industrial cleaning detergents. The EU Environmental Protection Act lists these chemicals as top tier toxic substances.

4.Phthalate, DEP, DEHP, and DBP (fragrance chemicals)

These ingredients are found in every single cleaning product you can think of, with the exception of (eco-friendly products) however, the biggest culprit is carpet cleaning fragrances, these Fragrances come from synthetically made chemicals: which can cause asthma, allergies and have tested to be harmful to children and pets.
5,000 chemicals are blended together to create these synthetic fragrances. Used to create certain scents to mask smells of the cleaning chemicals.
