Royal, Arkansas – The Global Film Exhibition 2024, set in the picturesque town of Royal, Arkansas, breaks new ground in film festivals with its virtual format, bringing together filmmakers and enthusiasts globally.
Founded by a disabled army veteran Steve Long, the festival exemplifies that physical limitations cannot confine the creative spirit. In collaboration with Hoopla Binge Pass, the festival expanded accessibility, allowing U.S. library patrons to participate freely.
